Peter H. Kruse

Peter H. Kruse
President

As president, Kruse leads all aspects of the company, with a key focus on improving market share and cash flow, and the development of innovative new products.

Kruse joined UCA in 2004 as chief financial officer, which involved responsibility for all financial functions, strategy development and execution as well as general management of UniCarriers' Latin American business. During his five years in the position, he eliminated the company's debt and achieved the highest divisional profit ever.

Bringing nearly 25 years of industry experience to UCA, Kruse held the positions of controller of U.S. operations at SPX Fluid Power, vice president of finance at Connector Service Corporation, and operations controller as well as manager of financial planning and analysis at Newell Rubbermaid. He was also director of financial planning and analysis at General Signal Pump Group.

Kruse received his bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting from Texas A & M University and his master's degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University.

Tom Prusinski

Tom Prusinski
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Finance and IT

Prusinski has complete responsibility for leading all finance and IT efforts, with a focus on profit, cash flow management and long-term strategy. As a member of the executive leadership team, he plays a key strategic role in the overall management of the company.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience to UCA, Prusinski held the positions of global controller at SPX Hydraulic Technologies; corporate finance director at SIRVA, a Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Portfolio Company; controller at Textron Fastening Systems; finance and treasury director at Monsanto; corporate finance director at Duplex Products and accounting manager at Babcock & Wilcox.

Prusinski holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in science from Northern Illinois University. He also has an associate's degree from Oakton Community College.

John W. Hoyle

John W. Hoyle
Vice President, Corporate Administration

Hoyle oversees legal, risk management, human resources, and trade compliance for the company's operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. He has been responsible for human resources since joining UCA in December 1990. He was given the additional responsibility for legal and risk management in 1999, and trade compliance in 2010. Hoyle also serves as an officer of the company in the capacity of secretary.

Prior to joining UCA, Hoyle worked in management capacities in human resources and administration for the Emerson Electric Co., Hendrickson International Corp., the Standard Brands unit of Nabisco Brands, Inc., the Pullman, Inc. unit of Wheelabrator-Frye, Inc., and the Babcock & Wilcox Co. unit of J. Ray McDermott, Inc.

Hoyle holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Geology from Mt. Union College in Alliance, Ohio, and he attended The John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Kazuyoshi Ichiki

Kazuyoshi Ichiki
Vice President, Product Engineering

Ichiki is responsible for product engineering. Bringing more than 25 years of industry experience to the position, Ichiki led the efforts to develop UCA's Platinum Series cushion and pneumatic IC forklift trucks. He is continually strategizing to develop and bring new and competitive products to market.

Prior to his arrival at UCA in 2010, Ichiki was based in Japan where he had management responsibilities at Nissan Motor Company Limited.

A native of Japan, Ichiki received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Osaka Prefecture University.

James J. Radous III

James J. Radous III
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Radous establishes and directs all the strategic business sales and marketing initiatives for UCA for the western hemisphere. He has piloted formal strategic and tactical plans to advance UCA's eMarketing and social media initiatives.

Prior to his arrival at UCA in 2009, Radous obtained his global marketing and sales managerial experience from several positions including vice president, sales at Knaack LLC, a division of Emerson; vice president of global marketing at Klein Tools; director, sales and marketing at Wen Products; and sales and marketing manager at The Chamberlain Group.

Radous received his bachelor's degree in communications from Northern Illinois University and his master's degree in business administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Anthony James Salgado

Anthony James Salgado
Vice President, Manufacturing Operations

Salgado oversees the company's manufacturing operations, as well as the quality, service, warranty, and service parts warehouse operations.

Salgado began his career at UCA in 2001 in the position of Director, Quality Engineering. He was promoted to Director, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering in 2004, and to his current role in 2008.

Prior to joining UCA, Salgado held the positions of Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE Capital, and Quality Manager at GE Appliances. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, completing a tour as Surface Warfare Officer aboard the USS Fort McHenry, and another as the Executive Officer of the US Navy Ceremonial Guard in Washington, DC.

Salgado received his Bachelors of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering, from the United States Naval Academy.
