Working in cooperation with our authorized dealer network, our Service and Warranty departments offer and/or provide many services to help ensure your Nissan forklift continues to deliver the performance and value that have set it apart from the competition. Our Service and Warranty team are fully trained with knowledgeable professionals that have an average of 15 years of experience each at Nissan.

Nissan Forklift Corporation has a dedicated team of Service and Warranty specialists available to assist our authorized dealers with service or warranty issues should they arise. This could be something as simple as a telephone call or an issue that requires a visit by one of our team members. Direct dealer contact by either telephone, e-mail and facsimile can get prompt, same day answers to the majority of warranty and service related questions.

In order to challenge the Nissan Forklift dealer network to continue to excel in aftermarket support, Nissan Forklift Corporation established an industry first, Service Excellence Program (S.E.P.).
